RV Park Manager Position

Job Description:

Beautiful RV Park in Bigfork are seeking a park manager. As the Park Manager, you will be responsible for managing the RV Park including guest services, managing staff, and budget adherence. Will work with RV Park Maintenance to ensure the operations and safety of the park. The RV Park Manager will be a polished, enthusiastic person who will reside on-site and provide a resort level of customer service to exceed expectations for RV park guests. Must have experience working in a reservation system, as well as some marketing experience with social media. Will be expected to represent the park with local organizations such as the chamber of commerce and other associations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily park operations, ensuring that the Park provides a repeatable safe, clean, and enjoyable guest experience.

Interview, hire, train, and supervise park office staff.

Manage the park's reservations and check-in/check-out processes.

Provide owners with Operations Reports on a monthly basis.

Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, using good judgment to escalate to park owners as needed.

Manage Park operating budget and expenses.

Manage the park’s social media postings.

Ensure that the park is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Lead by example with a proactive stance on safety and operations of the park.

Maintain documentation and provide reporting of park happenings, staff concerns, and all information related to smooth and efficient park operations.

Qualifications:

Full-time RVer ready to relocate and live on-site.

2+ years of management experience in RV park operations or a related field.

Excellent communication and customer service skills with experience working in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment.

Proficiency in budget management.

Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to RV parks.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical ability to stand, walk, operate equipment, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Must have a valid driver's license.
