Beldi is looking for line cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers for both Lunch and Dinner shifts.
We like applicants to come in for a paid working interview to see if it's a good fit for everyone. This also helps determine what opportunities and salaries are best for that individual. Additionally, Beldi promotes from within and values hard work with pay raises, promotions etc.
There are many skillsets and personalities needed to round out our food program. We run a pretty tight crew and ask that you are enthusiastic, take ownership and have a will to learn.

Shifts include family meal, shift drink (if that's your thing ) and a strong belonging in conversation as well as recipe development for future specials, menu items and wine dinners. We pool tips with all kitchen personal.
Our approach to food is inspired by the mediterranean and levantine, sourcing proteins, chocolates, grains and vegetables from our best local, national and worldwide producers.
