Kitchen Lead/Line Cook. This job requires weekend shifts. Hourly base wage plus tip pooling. Initial hire hours are 7 am - 3 pm with option to move to nights. Must have previous experience as a cook; knife skills; knowledge of food safety (serve safe certified is a plus); ability to work under pressure when busy; inventory management; prep/stock line; and maintain kitchen standards for cleaning. Position starts immediately.
