Job description
Housekeeping Manager Wanted for our Family-owned Log Cabin Resort in Flathead Valley, Montana!
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our small individual log cabin resort nestled in the trees of beautiful Flathead Valley. Our resort offers guests a unique, cozy, and peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and convenient to Glacier National Park.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
· Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance schedules, including deep cleaning and turnover procedures for each cabin.
· Train and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
· Perform regular inspections of cabins to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.
· Order and maintain inventory of cleaning and housekeeping supplies.
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
· Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests related to housekeeping.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
· Strong leadership and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
· Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and standards.
· Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to housekeeping and safety.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
· Must be able to work in the US.
