We are looking for experienced, professional, and friendly Elevated Dining Food Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. The server will be responsible for providing guests with an enjoyable dining experience by accurately taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
Take accurate orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and alcoholic drinks
Serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner
Refill drinks and check in with customers to ensure satisfaction
Clean and reset tables after customers have finished their meals
Process payments and provide change when necessary
Answer questions about menu items, specials, and other restaurant information
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed
Monitor the dining room to ensure a pleasant atmosphere
Skills/Qualifications:
Previous experience as a food server in an elevated dining setting
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service
Ability to remember orders and special requests
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A professional demeanor and appearance
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Must be able to work swing shift 4pm-12am
