The Belvedere Roof Top Garden at 101 Central is hiring!
We are looking for an elevated dining Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of mixology and an eye for detail. The Bartender will be responsible for serving drinks, providing knowledgeable and friendly service, and creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
Check identification of guests to ensure compliance with legal drinking age
Monitor guests to ensure they are consuming alcohol responsibly
Interact positively with guests and respond to their requests in a timely and friendly manner
Prepare and serve cocktails and other drinks to guests
Clean and maintain bar area
Stock bar with appropriate supplies
Ensure bar area is organized and stocked
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining environment
Knowledge of mixology and bar equipment
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
