We are seeking to add an administrator to our team to assist with registering vehicles in Montana. Our customers come from across the country, and the responsibilities for this role include:
Responsibilities:
Receive title paperwork from customers
Effectively communicate any missing documentation to the team for completing title transfers
Visit the local DMV to facilitate title transfers into customers' MT LLCs
Ship registration, license plates, and titles to customers
Basic expectations:
Understanding of MT laws allowing vehicle registration under an LLC
Experience in registering vehicles under an LLC
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Proficient in using Google Sheets
Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Highly organized
