Beautiful private guest ranch called Flathead River Ranch located near Glacier National Park on 127 acres is seeking a FULL-TIME Ranch Hand in the Whitefish/Kalispell area. You will be part of a team of two other individuals and a Ranch Manager on a non-working ranch (no cattle or horses).
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Deadwood tree removal with a chainsaw, pole saw and shredder. To include stacking of logs
Mend and maintain fencing
General maintenance and care of cars, trucks, snowmobiles, 4-wheelers and all equipment
Ground maintenance – lawn mowing, gardening and flower beds
A plus if you know how to drive heavy equipment, tractor and lawn mower
Property maintenance – building upkeep (staining/painting), roadways and snow-removal
Maintain the inside of multiple homes to include: vacuuming and general housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping,
dusting, cleaning windows, polishing stainless steel, straightening of furniture and removal of waste
Requirements
5+ years hands-on relevant experience
Willingness to perform all job duties
Knowledge of construction, plumbing and electrical
MUST have Experience using a chainsaw, stacking logs, pole saw and shredder
Reliable transportation
Have a can-do, will-do attitude to assist on all Ranch operation/activities
Medical insurance and 401K plan available. Must pass a hair test and background check.
