Do you have QuickBooks experience and looking for a job that has schedule flexibility?
Consider our part-time Bookkeeper position with an essential Flathead Valley business that specializes in security.
As a Bookkeeper, you will process payroll each week (typically done Monday mornings) and maintain bookkeeping records, billing statements, and invoices.
This position allows you to create your own schedule as long as your duties are completed by the deadlines. You could work 2 full days or 2 hours every day, whatever fits your schedule and the payroll is handled.
To qualify for this position, you must have proficient use of QuickBooks as well as a good understanding of spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel. Due to the nature of the company, you must be willing and able to pass periodic drug testing, background checks and ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
This is an entry-level position where you will be trained by the current bookkeeper. Starting wage is $14.00 per hour.
