· If you've got at least 5 years of experience working for a professional auto repair business and a can-do attitude, you'll get $1,000 on your first day and an extra $1,000 per month for the next two months.

After 26 years turning wrenches, I know what it feels like to pour your heart into every repair, to take pride in doing things right, and to want to work somewhere that values your skills. While I've grown from technician to shop owner, I still get my hands dirty and understand what matters in the bay - having the right tools, proper training, and most importantly, being treated with respect.
