We are looking for a reliable and friendly Office Assistant to join our team at local independent insurance agency, a locally owned insurance agency. The office is a top 10 producer for a nationwide, specialty auto carrier.
Position: Office Assistant
Location: Helena MT
Schedule: Part-time
Responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls, taking messages and collecting information
Some data entry to maintain client files
Assisting agent with organization and pipeline management
Performing general office duties
Qualifications:
Strong conversation and organizational skills
Basic computer skills
Previous office or customer service experience is a plus.
Friendly, professional attitude required.
