$20-35/hr Looking for Both Entry Level and Skilled Siding Installers

We are looking to add several new full-time employees to our team in Helena. Starting at $20-35/hr depending on experience with the opportunity for a raise in the first 90 days depending on performance. We are looking for someone who has experience in Siding, Roofing or Carpentry who wants to climb the ladder into becoming a project manager. If you possess a strong work-ethic, good communication skills and have more than 4 years of carpentry experience or experience installing various types of siding products we encourage you to apply. We are also looking for several entry level laborers and skilled laborers. If you have little to no experience we highly encourage you to apply. We offer on-the-job training, competitive wages, and an aggressive pay scale that encourages pay raises and promotions. You will be working outside in inclement weather as well as at heights. People with a criminal record are also encouraged to apply. We require a minimum of 40 hours a week year-round with opportunities for overtime. 8-12 hour shifts.
