Park Avenue Bakery is looking for a motivated, hard working, detail oriented individual for help in our bread and breakfast departments. Baking experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Duties in breakfast will include mixing and making doughs, starters, laminating croissants, danish, puff pastry, and baking. Duties for bread include accurately measuring and mixing doughs, divide and pre-shape consistently, as well as baking. Must be able to stand for 8 hours, lift 50 lbs and have a flexible schedule. Job will include some weekend shifts. Position will be 35 - 40 hours per week, and will start as soon as possible. Food and beverage discounts, as well as a tip share.
