We are looking for someone to join our family. Care would be provided in our home in Helena weekdays 7:30am to 4:00/5:00pm. We have a preschooler (Just turned 5yo) and infant (10mons). Responsibilities are directly related to childcare. Meals will be prepared and bottles will be made by us each day (with rare exceptions). Start date is flexible within March.
Prior experience with babies and toddlers is required, ideally in a similar position or even a daycare. We would prefer experience managing more than one child. References will be requested prior to starting.
You must have a working cell phone, reliable car, be a non-smoker (and not live in a home with smokers), and not have a criminal record. High school diploma or GED required. Reliability and dependability is a core requirement, as well as attention to safety and the ability to engage with the children and manage behavior without yelling or time outs.
Interview process: Initial phone call then in-person interview.
NOTE: though we would ideally want one full time person, we will consider two part-time people if you can commit to regular full days.
