Seeking Site manager for a 53-unit Elderly/Disabled property located in beautiful Choteau, Montana. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, pays attention to detail, enjoys working with an elderly population, is creative and has a positive outlook.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to general administration and operation of the physical property for qualification procedures. Supervises Kitchen operations and staff, property serves 2 meals a day. Oversees maintenance and housekeeping staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise the turnover of apartments for move-in and move-outs to ensure that apartments are suitable for occupancy.
Address all lease violations and tenant issues that arise
Enter all rent receipts and make daily deposits
Process all move-out dispositions.
Qualify all applicants for the HUD Program and qualify all applicants for the Market applicants.
Annually recertify all households for HUD Program
Ensure efficient operation of the property and oversee and direct maintenance/kitchen staff and housekeeping. Works with vendors.
Communicate and report to Property supervisor.
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with company policies.
Works on other tasks deemed necessary by Property Manager.
Directly supervises all site personnel.
