Handyman / Maintenance Position Available

We are seeking a reliable maintenance/handyman person for apartment rentals. This is a part-time position approximately 20-25 hours per week. Experience in general maintenance, painting, light carpentry, etc., will be very helpful. Will be responsible for keeping up with maintenance requests and projects such as general maintenance jobs, mowing lawns, etc. Good work ethic and a good track record are key.
