Local construction company seeking someone who is highly motivated with 5+ years of experience in the construction trade to help lead the team. Individuals will be tasked with receiving directions and lining out day too day operations, making sure the needed materials are on hand when needed, making sure quality of work is top priority while maintaining a good work pace, managing laborers and making sure they are on time and working all day. You will be working in and around the Great Falls area so a valid driver's license and your own vehicle to get to and from work daily is required. You are required to have your own tool bags with a tape measure, speed square, chalk line, utility knife, chisel, cats paw, and hammer. All other power tools are provided. We typically work 40 hours a week all year round. We work on new construction including framing and finishing homes, garages, residential remodels, and some roofing. Pay is direct deposited at the end of each week and ranges between $22-$28 an hour depending on experience and motivation. One weeks payed vacation after being with the company for 4 months and other possible incentives. Position advancements, pay raises, and bonuses possible throughout the year.
