We are looking for a dynamic individual to help manage a small 12 guest all-inclusive fly fishing lodge on the Missouri river. The ideal candidate will work closely with our lodge manager, executive chef, and head fishing guide as a team. Employment begins in late April and continues through October. Responsibilities include greeting guests and providing services throughout their stay including hosting, basic bartending, property management, some housekeeping and assisting our executive chef with meal presentation and dinner services. We are interested in both part time and full time candidates. Candidates with housing between Helena and Great Falls are preferred by onsite housing is also a possibility. Our Missouri Cliffs Lodge is located between the towns of Craig and Cascade.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of hospitality experience preferred
Experience in fine dining meal service is preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills and the comfort to interact with guests in roll as host/hostess
Excellent organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Hosting guests
Communicating guest needs with the chef and fishing guides
Assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in executing meal services
Assisting with housekeeping at times
Expected hours 20-30 if part time or 40-55 if full time
Benefits:
Competitive seasonal salary from May through October

Pay $3000-$4500 per month plus gratuities depending on experience and housing needs
Additional gratuities, often significant, are distributed among lodge staff
