Back country camp cook

Long time back country outfitter looking for a camp cook for hunting season. Beginning mid-September through early November, this is a seasonal job for 5 hunts. Responsibilities include preparing 2 hot meals per day (breakfast/dinner) and sack lunches for daily hunts. Cooking is primarily over a wood stove. Also included in responsibilities is general kitchen management and clean up. There is a large dinning tent for cooking/serving with prep tables. Hunts are 8 days long with 2 days inbetween hunts. Camp size is small, approx 8 total people. Menus are pre-planned and all food is brought into camp in dry good boxes or coolers. The guides and hunters leave before daylight and come back early evening. In between is a lot of downtime to catch up on sleep, read, go for a hike, etc. Sleeping accommodations include a private wall tent with wood heat. A successful person needs to be self motivated, self reliant, follow a menu, have some food prep skills, like to be in the outdoors.
