Qualifications
- Experience with hand tools, power tools and automotive merchandise
- Good communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with individuals on a regular basis
- Understanding of Bench Tools, Welders, Compressors, Generators and Chainsaws
- Committed to providing our guests top-notch customer service
- Retail experience is helpful
- Proven ability to work well with others and a willingness to learn
- Ability to meet shift requirements, including workin on weekends and certain holidays between the hours of 7 AM to 7 PM Monday - Saturday and 9 AM to 5 PM on Sundays, and have flexibiity in scheduling based on business needs
- Must have the physical ability to lift and carry 20-50 pounds (75+ with assistance) and be able to bend, stoop and climb ladders
- Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques
