QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current Montana license with bi-annual renewal
CPR certification
Work effectively with others; posses tact, discretion and diplomacy
Demonstrate leadership and teaching ability
Possess the ability to work under pressure
Ability to read and write legibly and communicate well with others
Additional education preparation in geriatric care and in administrative nursing techniques preferably; and other certification requirements, such as, ACLS
DUTIES INCLUDE:
In charge of resident and patient care during shift
Provide and coordinate patient care and provide guidance and emotional support to patients and their family members
Responsible for all nursing duties for long-term care residents and acute, skilled, observation, treatment and emergency department patients
Work closely with the medical providers and DON
In charge of contacting appropriate Department Manager or CEO if problems arise, such as maintenance, after 5 pm during the week, weekends and holidays
Maintain good intra and inter departmental relations
Report to the DON and communicate appropriately with the medical providers, consultants, Department Managers, CEO and all other staff
Part-time opening.Starting wage is $30.00 per hour.
