We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Airbnb Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our short term rental properties.
Position Overview:
The Part-Time Cleaner is responsible for ensuring that short term rental properties are cleaned to the highest standards, meeting both guest expectations and company guidelines. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a proactive approach to maintaining property integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Sanitizing:
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces.
Ensure all surfaces, appliances, furniture, and fixtures are sanitized and disinfected according to established standards.
Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to prepare the property for incoming guests.
Inventory Management:
Restock essential supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and guest amenities as needed.
Report any shortages or maintenance issues to the supervisor or property owner promptly.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with cleaning standards.
Address any guest feedback or complaints related to cleanliness promptly and professionally.
Communication:
Maintain open and clear communication with property owners and team members regarding cleaning schedules, inventory needs, and property status.
Provide timely updates on completed tasks, challenges encountered, and recommendations for improvement.
Adherence to Policies:
Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to cleaning protocols, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Adhere to local health and sanitation regulations and guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and best practices.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends (mainly Sundays) and holidays as needed.
Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
