We are looking for a few people to round out a crew to facilitate an extensive remodel in the Cottonwood area. There will be the full gambit of construction process.
Demolition, light framing, cabinet construction and installation. Additionally, door/window installation along with associated trim. We will be milling some or all of the trim for this project in house. Experience and or interest in this process is ideal
Additionally we are transitioning to offering design/build of cabinetry and furniture with the recent construction of a dedicated shop for this purpose.
We are looking for persons with knowledge and drive to help make this goal a reality.
Ultimately this is a great opportunity for the right person(s) that enjoy wood working, home construction, creative problem solving, and the satisfaction of accomplishing a goal at the end of the day.
Ideally we would like to identify two solid candidates, one person with experience and knowledge to share with and help lead the team, and another that is eager to learn and willing to lean in where the help is needed. For the latter, some experience and background is important. Having familiarity and comfort with basic tools (i.e. tape measure, power equipment, hammer, and yes a broom) is also important.
