Full-time position in Design/Contract Department in Bozeman. Ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, organized, and safety conscious. Responsible for oversight of multiple projects from beginning to end.
Construction background is helpful, as is experience with MS Office tools and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to quickly become proficient with industry specific accounting and project documentation software is a plus. Congenial problem solving and teamwork are a must.
Regular duties and responsibilities include:
- Read and understand formal bid documents - preparing accurate proposals
- Manage contract documents and correspondence
- Prepare and share submittals and shop drawings
- Budgeting, purchasing, planning and scheduling
- Manage communication with customers, vendors, and team members
- Accurately manage documents such as pay apps, change orders, POs & vendor invoices
- Coordinate installers, vendors and sub-contractors for timely, successful installations
- Project start-up and training
- Project close-out and analysis
- Post-sale follow up and warranty service management
- Assist team members throughout the organization as needed
