Paradise Landscape and Stone, a local Livingston landscape installation company is seeking CREW MEMBERS for the 2025 season. We specialize in crafting native and sustainable landscapes throughout the greater Park County area.
We are looking to hire passionate, self-motivated, proficient, and dedicated individuals to our team. Prior landscape experience is not necessary but always a bonus. If you have a willingness to learn new skills, work hard, pay attention to detail, be reliable and have a great attitude we want to hear from you!
Job Duties Include:
Ability to effectively communicate with team members. Being able to create and maintain a professional, positive, and fun work atmosphere is a must!
Proficiency in operating various types of landscaping equipment safely and effectively. Including skid steers, mini excavators, walk behind skid steers.
Ability to operate trucks, trailers, dump trailers, and medium duty dump trucks.
Site prep and grade work, all forms of hardscape installation, dry stone masonry, wall work, patios, and stairs. Various forms of steel work, planting trees, shrubs, and perennials, irrigation work.
Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and solid driving record.
Our work season typically begins mid-March and goes through December depending on how the winter/spring season unveils itself. Work in winter opportunities for the right candidates.
Benefits & Pay:
$22-35$hr DOE, 40hrs /week with occasional OT
Typical work weeks Monday – Friday
3% pay received end of year bonus
