The HVAC Service Technician will have many responsibilities at Campbells (formerly Campbells' Plumbing & Heating). The role responsibilities include, and are not limited to:
· Provide professional, high quality HVAC service for residential and commercial customers
· Form and foster long-term customer relationships
· Execute and provide input into the Service Division strategy
· Train and develop employees
· Understand and achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction
· Work with service dispatchers and the Campbells' Plumbing & Heating management team to maximize efficiency

You will have a dedicated service dispatcher who schedules work, manages accounts receivable, and prepares daily work orders. Hourly position + profit-based commission starting at $80k with $115k potential for top performing individuals. $950k per year is a very achievable salary, and so is $115k for extremely effective technicians!
