Head Landscape Maintenance Lead
Summary: The Landscape Maintenance Lead is responsible for all project management duties relevant to landscape maintenance projects. This role will also maintain and execute core GGC project management duties for relevant and assigned projects. On site (85%), in office (15%).
Duties and Expectations:
Execute relevant project management duties to include:
Bidding, estimating, tracking change orders, ordering materials,
Creating job sheets, tracking hours, invoices and accounts payable, and creating pay apps
Creating project schedules
Managing equipment needs
Oversee, lead and manage all aspects of general landscaping maintenance
Lead strategic planning of future maintenance projects
Coordinate all aspects of landscape maintenance to include assisting and hiring personnel, managing and cleaning equipment, route scheduling, upholding quality control and maintaining site cleanliness
Maintain clear, consistent and effective communication with project clients, subtractors and main office
Maintain and continue to increase knowledge of plants and plant identification
Support Nursery Manager
Manage and maintain equipment assets and budget projections for future equipment needs
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 50 per week
