Job Title: Harvest Floor Crew
Wage: $2/hour
Start Date: As soon as possible
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Location: 6680 Amsterdam Road (Amsterdam)
Job Description & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as Harvest Crew assistant in our meat processing facility. This position requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.
Primary Duties:
- Handle live animals, including unloading, penning, and preparing animals for processing.
- Perform dispatching, skinning, and evisceration with attention to humane and efficient handling.
- Maintain organization and keep animals properly identified and tracked throughout the process.
- Wash, clean, and prepare carcasses according to company and state inspection standards.
- Weigh and tag carcasses accurately for tracking and further processing.
- Strictly adhere to all quality assurance protocols and state regulatory guidelines.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Wage: $20/hour
