The Flower Hat is a flower farm and floral design studio, located in Bozeman. We provide custom floral designs for weddings and events. We are looking for a floral designer, event manager and farm worker, who are a good fit for our “seed to centerpiece” business model. Candidates are expected to have common sense, curiosity, extreme attention to detail, resilience, some schedule flexibility, and great communication and interpersonal skills.
Both full time and part time positions are available.
Housing is NOT included in this position.
