Lay-out, cut, shear, roll, bend, fab., weld, lathe, mill, surface finish, and install.
24g. to 1/2" mild steel, stainless, copper, brass, zinc, aluminum, inconel, etc.
Use hydraulic and mechanical shears, press brake, roll formers, brakes, turners, plasma, welders, finishers.
TIG, MIG, Spool gun, Stick, solder.
Experience helpful, but willing to train the right individual.
Work days are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to C.O.B. Min. 40 hours
Overtime always available
Benefits are negotiable with pay at date of hire.
Must be able to learn parallel line pattern development, triangulation pattern development, basic pattern lay-out, and proper sequencing for safe, quality, and efficient fabrication and installation.
Rate of pay is negotiable and based on experience with skills listed above.
Pay is weekly.
This is a position for a career minded individual. Must be self motivated with strong work ethic. We are generally booked out one year in advance.
- If you are prone to complaining without a specific complaint and have no solutions, this isn't the appropriate workplace for you.
- Must be able to move with a sense of purpose. This is not the appropriate work place for the mosey & shuffle
- This is a drug free work place. If you have a medical condition that requires you to have a medical marijuana card, this this not the appropriate work place for you.
- If you "shut down" mentally in the rare stressful situation, this is not the appropriate work place for you. Some mental toughness is required.
- Marijuana is a "schedule 1 controlled substance" under the U. S. Federal Controlled Substance Act. It is illegal.
Unarguably, it makes the user foggy and unmotivated. Mental fogginess is dangerous . It could result in serious bodily injury to you and/or your co-workers. If you use marijuana or any other drug, this is not the appropriate place for you to work.
- If you drink excessively at night that causes you to show up for work foggy and unmotivated, this is not the appropriate work place for you. We want everybody to go home from work healthy and un-injured.
- If you can't get to work on time, fully dressed, fed and ready to work, this isn't the appropriate work place for you.
- If you do not have enough alarm clocks to wake yourself up, you will be required to obtain the appropriate number to do so.
This is a clean professional work place where solutions and results are priority.
