A local Bozeman/Belgrade-based construction crew is growing and looking to add hard-working, motivated individuals. We work on a variety of residential and custom carpentry projects and are looking for reliable team members who show up ready to work, take pride in what they build, and enjoy being part of a fun, skilled crew.
We are primarily hiring for full-time roles but also open to part-time schedules and contract/project-based hiring.
We’re currently hiring for three roles:
1. Assistant Carpenter (Entry-Level, Payroll Position)
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience working alongside skilled carpenters. Great for someone who:
Has limited carpentry experience but is motivated to learn on the job and wants to move up to apprentice carpenter.
Is dependable, eager to work, and interested in woodworking or construction.
Can follow directions and assist with tasks such as material handling, cleanup, and basic tool use.
2. Apprentice Carpenter (1-2 Years Experience , Payroll Position)
This role offers a great opportunity to grow and perform rewarding work in a supportive environment. Great for someone who:
Has some carpentry experience and wants to grow into a more advanced role.
Is looking to improve technical skills and learn from experienced tradesmen.
Has experience and interest in framing, trim, siding, custom carpentry, and other construction tasks.
3. Journeyman Carpenter (ICEC or Payroll Position)
Great for someone who:
Has solid carpentry experience and can take on a variety of projects and possibly lead a small crew.
Is self-motivated, efficient, and takes pride in craftsmanship.
Has their own tools and transportation. If ICEC, must have their own insurance and an Independent Contractor Exemption Certificate.

Honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude! This is especially important, as we strive to have a positive crew that enjoy working together.
Willingness to learn and grow on the job.
