Looking for 2-3 individuals that would be interested booth renting in downtown Bozeman! There is a private entrance with an entry room that leads to two separate rooms. One room is roughly 9x8 and the other room is roughly 13x15 and there is a full bathroom including a washer and dryer that would be shared with me (I would work around your business hours or we can set up a designated time for me to do laundry 2x a week). Space includes laminate wood flooring throughout and tile in the bathroom plus LED lighting. Off street parking only. Space next door was previously used by a tattoo artist but other industries are welcome as well.
