Tier 1 Sales Representative

Compensation Structure:

Base Salary: A fixed $25,000 per year, paid across all 12 months.

Commission/Incentive: $1,000 per new roof replacement sold.

Benefits: Year-round medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401K.

Educational Support: A $7,000 donation to education for representatives enrolled at a university.

Training Period:

Mandatory 3-day training course in early April.

Sales Season:

Active from April 15th to November 20th.

Off-Season Schedule:

Flexible office attendance 1-2 times per week from November 20th to April 15th for ongoing instruction and training.

Expected to close 1-2 deals per week.

Sales Expectations:

Minimum annual sales: $1,000,000+.

Tier 2 Sales Representative

Compensation Structure:

Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000, determined weekly based on the annual salary divided by 52 for the active weeks between April 15th and November 20th.

Commission/Incentive: $500 - $700 per new roof replacement sold.

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401K during the active roofing season.

Training: A 3-day intensive course in early April.

Sales Season:

April 15th to November 20th.

Sales Expectations:

Weekly Sales Target: Representatives must average 2-3+ roof replacements per week to maintain the base salary for this tier.

Disclaimer: Tier 2 representatives are compensated only for the season, on a weekly basis, during the active period from April 15th to November 20th.

Tier 3 Sales Representative

Compensation Structure:

Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, with weekly payments made for the active weeks between April 15th and November 20th, calculated by dividing the annual salary by 52.

Commission/Incentive: $500 - $700 per new roof replacement sold.

Additional Benefits (Year 3+): Eligibility for a new company truck, gas stipends, and a personal assistant/canvasser.

Benefits: Year-round medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401K.

Sales Expectations:

Weekly Sales Target: Representatives must average 3+ roof replacements per week to maintain the base salary for this tier.

Disclaimer: Tier 3 representatives receive weekly compensation only for the weeks worked from April 15th to November 20th.

Training: All sales representatives are required to participate in the 3-day training session in early April, ensuring they are equipped with the latest products, techniques, and sales strategies.
