Job Description - Resident Manager
Requirements include but are not limited to
Experience with customer service and basic office skills, able to use computer, words, excel.
Excellent communication skills to rent and accommodate customers over the phone or in person.
Answer the phone promptly and in a professional manner.
Perform rental move ins and move outs. Update existing contracts as needed.
Process rental payment by phone, in person and mail.
Make collection calls for delinquent units.
Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability help make sure spaces are ready to rent.
Maintaining cash drawers, preparing, and making bank deposits weekly.
Physical Requirements/ Qualifications:
Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
Able to walk in/around facilities including opening large doors.
Performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris.
Operate landscape equipment. As needed mowing, weed eating, unit maintenance after moving outs, snow shoveling as needed.
Successfully pass Drug screening, and background checks. Have a valid driver’s license
