Real Estate Administrative Coordinator
Part-Time | 20-30 Hours/Week | In-Person – Bozeman, MT

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of a growing real estate business in Bozeman. This in-person, part-time position (20-30 hours/week) is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
This role involves assisting with transaction management, listing preparation, client communication, marketing support, and facilitating an amazing client experience. If you’re dependable, tech-savvy, and eager to grow within the real estate industry, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to closing
-Maintain and organize client database and digital files
-Prepare listing materials, schedule photography, and coordinate property readiness
-Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, title officers, and vendors
-Support marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation
-Manage and update content on websites and referral platforms
-Track lead activity and assist with marketing follow-up systems
-Coordinate and grow the client experience to deliver the best client experience possible
Qualifications
-A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of personal responsibility
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-Comfortable managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and completing projects
-Tech-savvy with experience using digital tools and platforms
-Experience in previous customer-facing or service-oriented positions preferred. This is not a sales position! However, this position does entail follow-up with clients and leads.
-Prior real estate or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
-Prior customer relationship management experience is a plus, but not required
-Prior graphic design and marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
