Verdant Lawncare is seeking a reliable and experienced Mowing Foreman to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a background in lawn maintenance who are looking to lead a crew and grow within the business.
Position starts beginning of April.
Responsibilities:
Drive truck and trailer to and from job sites.
Oversee equipment.
Maintain safety protocols and ensure the safety of the crew.
Operate and supervise the use of scheduling software, mowers, trimmers, and other lawn care equipment.
Lead the team in efficient and high-quality lawn maintenance.
Requirements:
Previous experience in lawn maintenance.
Valid and clean driver’s license.
18+ years of age.
Smartphone with data.
Reliable transportation
Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
Strong leadership skills and a dedication to team safety.
What we offer:
4 days a week, Monday through Thursday (10-hour days).
Starting pay: $18 per hour, with opportunities to increase based on performance.
