Membrane Roofers Needed: Also General Laborers Needed.
Established Roofing company that has been servicing Montana for over 50+ years is currently seeking Membrane Roofers to join our team. Positive minded individuals with great attitudes and committed to work are encouraged to apply.
Our work is primarily commercial flat roofing with roof related sheet metal, standing seam architectural sheet metal roofing and wall panels. We fabricate all of our flashings in our sheet metal shop and onsite roll forming standing seam panels. Very little shingle roofing work.
We offer a competitive compensation (pay is hourly and paid on a weekly basis), benefits including heath insurance, retirement 401K and more after brief probationary period.
-Individuals with experience with single-ply (EPDM, TPO,PVC) and sheet metal is a plus.
-Must be able to take initiative and solve problems or issues and maintain a positive attitude.
-Great communicator. Take direction from the office and or the job foreman,
-Treat others with respect and have a great positive attitude and work as a team!
Requirements:
-Pre-employment drug test and random testing if hired
-Flat roofing experience - (EPDM, TPO, PVC& Mod Bit) Metal Roofing - helpful BUT NOT NEEDED.
-Be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
License:
-Valid Drivers License is needed for the advertised wage.
-This is for a full-time position. All workers are employed by the company and covered with workers compensation.
