If you think you're a lead framer then READ the entire post. If this isn't you…don't contact me. We are looking to bring on another EMPLOYEE as a lead Framer. Someone who can work hard, hustle, and grind out the day with us. I mean you shouldn't be on your dang phone sending stupid snapchats or whatever it is people do these days while on the job. You need to have your own bags, and I don't mean your husky tool bags you got as a gift that are absolutely useless. and if you can't swing the hammer that's in your bags this job isn't for you. We Build Houses, big houses, small houses, and everything inbetween. We work 7ish AM to about 5;30ish PM at the job site and we COMMUTE. We work in an hr radius from Three Forks, so if you don't like long days then sleep in and keep scrolling and don't bother reaching out. I do pay 1 way travel for my employees and depending on job site location we carpool in the company truck. As a lead framer you should know how to use and operate a nail gun quickly and efficiently without being a hazard to your fingers. You need to be able to get with the flow of how we layout walls and how we expect our framing to look. if you aren't willing to learn a new style or change a little bit…Well don't bother reaching out. and if you suck at communicating with your boss this job isn't for you either.
Honestly, if you work hard, hustle, have a solid sense of humor, and actually have framing experience, please reach out. Id love to have a conversation with you.
