MossCreek Landscapes, Inc. is seeking crew members for our Landscape & Irrigation crews for the 2024 summer season. While experience is always a bonus, it is not necessary. Willingness to work hard, learn new skills, paying attention to detail, being punctual & reliable, and bringing a great attitude to your crew are the most important attributes at MCL! We can train you the rest of the skills.

Our work is in the Gallatin Valley, so little to no travel required, leave home an hour later and be home an hour earlier We strive to create some of the most premier landscaping throughout the Gallatin Valley. Typical Job Requirements:
-Good attitude and be able to communicate with crew foreman and other team members
-Equipment Experience preferred but not required (skid steer, dingo, mini-x, trucks/trailers, & Medium duty trucks-non cdl)
-Must be able to work long hours on your feet, lift 50lbs., and work in various outdoor elements
-Attention to detail
-Driver's License with insurable driving record (CDL not required, but an added bonus)
Typical season starts around April 1st, and ends around Nov. 15th. Prefer applicants that can work the whole season, but will certainly consider applicants working around school/college schedules etc Full time applicants preferred, but some part time help may also be considered. Monday-Thursday 8-6, Fridays typically get off early depending on project deadlines and weather!
Pay starts @ $22-30/Hour Depending on experience! 40+HRS/Week w/OT typically available. Benefits available after 1 year w/MCL include: Aflac Health Insurance, Retirement account w/match, health insurance stipend, advancement within company, Performance Bonuses, & Company events! Full time applicants that work the full season (April-Nov.) will receive a end of year bonus!
