Position Description:
Your job is to support the various departments of Campbells (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and more) in new construction houses while learning from Foremen and Apprentices. You will support the Foremen and Apprentices by preparing job sites, gathering job site materials, and ensuring your work is completed at a high quality level. We are looking for individuals who are self-starters, adaptable, and able to think critically to solve problems. This is a career position where your performance can influence your wages and license development on a weekly basis. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple trades while developing your skills, ideal for candidates who will work hard but are undecided on a specific trade/career path.
