Key Responsibilities
Greet & assist customers
Answer phone and assist with orders
Process sales accurately using our POS system
Coordinate with team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Assist with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining the overall appearance of the shop
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues
Key Qualities and Skills:
Enthusiasm for customer care
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Meticulous, organized, and thorough
Think on your feet, handle unexpected situations with grace, and find creative solutions
Work well with a team and enjoy supporting your coworkers
Bring warmth and optimism to the workplace
Interest in Flowers: Previous floral experience is a plus, but not required—however, a willingness to learn is essential!
