We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor project progress and quality control
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- OSHA certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
