Cabin Clean Up

My partners and I have a cabin on Livingston Peak that has not been used in a while and I am looking for a couple of people with a pick up truck who would be willing to do a clean up. It is a one room cabin that is 16' X 16' with a loft. The marmots have made their way into both the cabin and shed so they would need to be run off and there are a few loads that would need to go to the transfer station. The good news is that all of the interior is wood so a sweep out and pressure wash is possible for the cabin. The shed just mostly needs to be emptied. Would also like to include a deck and porch staining and a brush mower to mow the driveway and area around the cabin as we want to put it on the market. We anticipate from having done it before that this will be a job that will take a week to maybe ten days. It's a beautiful place to hang out and work and we are willing to pay well.
