The purpose of a Spa Therapist is to administer professional massage and body treatments to the Members and guests in the spa or at their homes.
Provide consistent professional spa massage and body treatments compliant with spa protocols and accepted documentation
practices.
Perform prep work, correctly clean and restock spa as necessary.
Handle queries and concerns of Members and guests efficiently, politely and with discretion.
Uphold the standards of hygiene and sterilization as directed by law and the spas policies and procedures.
Properly care for tools and use proper amounts of manufactured goods to assist with cost controls.
Promptly communicate availability and changes in schedule to spa organization in order to assist with scheduling of treatments.
Provide knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
