Expectations:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and specials
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system promptly and accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests accurately in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments using cash or credit cards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry is REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of food safety guidelines preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
