Sous Chef Wanted
-Small luxury lodge south Three Forks, or 40 minutes west of Bozeman is looking for an experienced cook for part time or full time employment.
-Lodge is located 15 minutes from the lower madison, where guests enjoy fly fishing, pottery, day hikes, and many other activities both on and off the property.
-Qualified candidates will possess good knife skills, mastery of a wide variety of cooking techniques and styles, and be comfortable cooking improvisationally in a small open kitchen. Candidate would ideally have front of house experience as well, as the position is guest facing.
-Candidate would need their own knives, ability to coordinate with chef for menu planning, and be willing to commute in all weather conditions.
-Pay dependent on experience, desired schedule and hours, and availability. This is a tipped position.
