Blackbird Kitchen is now accepting resumes for a Garde Manger position. Email your resume or stop in at 140 E. Main st. between 1pm and 4pm Monday thru Sunday.
Experience is not required! If you're a student at MSU, please provide a class schedule. Applicants must be available during the holidays.
A normal kitchen shift at Blackbird entails the following
1pm-4:20pm prep
4:20pm-4:45pm family meal
5pm-10pm service
10pm-12pm cleaning/closing
The shifts can be long but there are many perks throughout the night which keep it fun and enjoyable.
You will be joining a rag tag group of skiers, climbers, artists, business owners, metal heads, food geeks, regular geeks, gamers, professors and chefs.
