Meat Processing- Trimming Specialist

Feddes Family Meats is hiring for a meat fabrication specialist. This position mainly includes trimming out beef, lamb, pork and bison. Knife skills are a plus, the right applicant will be trained. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, be able to stand for extended periods of time and be able to lift 60+lbs.
