The Kitchen/Food Lead at Café M is responsible for the daily production of made-to-order breakfast burritos and sandwiches, lunch wraps, and bowls. The Kitchen/Food Lead also works to create new recipes, tweak existing offerings, and help manage inventory and stocking. She/He will help oversee a Food Prep staff that builds grab-n-go items for our Belgrade and Kagy locations. The position is hands on and you'll be on your feet for the majority of the shift. Shifts run seven days a week (between a few people) from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm each day at our 777 East Main St. shop. You'll coordinate the food offerings at all three shops, drinks lots of coffee (somewhat optional), work closely with our Barista staff, and share space with our Bakers. It's a great work environment and positive atmosphere.
Previous commercial food production experience is required.
