What You’ll Do:
- Lead by example on the line—must have strong chef and line experience
- Manage and inspire a dedicated kitchen team with clear communication and high standards
- Collaborate with ownership on seasonal menu development and specials
- Handle food ordering, inventory, and administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment
- Ensure consistency, quality, and timeliness of every dish
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a leadership kitchen role (Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Chef)
- Strong skills in staff management, scheduling, and kitchen organization
- Input in the hiring/firing process as well as the ability to train new employees
- Creative input and culinary vision welcomed—we value collaboration
- Solid grasp of food costs, ordering, and inventory systems
- Cool under pressure, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
- Ready to work hands-on in a high-volume, community-centered environment
